Flexible working hours
The weekly working time is 40h and we support flexible working hours and part-time work.

Vacation days
27 to 30 days, depending on age and possibility to take a sabbatical upon individual agreement

Mobile Working
BearingPoint has a flexible work arrangement. You can work at client site, at the office, from home or while travelling. The rule of thumb is that you need to be able to reach your client site within 24 hours.

Monthly meal allowances
As our employees spend a large part of their working time at the client's premises, there are no company canteens available. Therefore our employees receive a monthly monetary meal allowance.

Health Check
BearingPoint supports employees with a contribution to a comprehensive Health Check every two years.

Office locations
Our BearingPoint locations are very easy to reach by public transport. In addition, all employees receive a Swiss Half-Fare Card (Halbtax).
