There are many internal and external courses offered and promoted. Learning is part of our job and well appreciated by everyone.
Vielfältige Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten für den Projekteinsatz und hinsichtlich Karriere-Entwicklung. Recht unbürokratisch. Wenn notwendig und sinnvoll, werden Ausbildungsanträge rasch bewilligt oder z.B. Nachdiplomstudien mindestens teilweise finanziert.
Karriere: Kein "up or out"-Prinzip, bei ausgezeichneter Leistung können auch Beförderungszyklen verkürzt werden. Weiterbildung: Sehr viele interne Möglichkeiten für Trainings, Kurse etc. - externe wie Uni-Weiterbildung eher selten zurzeit.
Es wird zwar viel daran gesetzt die Mitarbeitenden zu schulen, dies ist für mich aber nur ein Teil der Karriere / Weiterbildung. Bei Projektarbeiten werden die persönlichen Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten viel zu selten berücksichtigt.
