The Situation  We don’t hire interns to make coffee or do data entry. We are a high-performing tech division of one of the world's leading recruitment firms, and we just restructured our Delivery Engine. We are looking for a hungry, tech-obsessed intern to join us for 12 months in Zurich to act as the intelligence and sourcing backbone for our Delivery Team.

This is a front-line commercial role. You will learn how to hunt elite tech talent, decode complex IT markets, and build the pipelines that drive our revenue. If you prove yourself, this is your springboard into a highly lucrative career in tech recruitment or tech sales.

What You Will Actually Do You will be the right hand to our Delivery team and recruiters. Your mission is to find the people no one else can find and keep our pipelines warm.

• Deep-Dive Sourcing: You will use advanced search techniques to map markets and hunt down top-tier Tech professionals across Europe.

• Building the Engine (Talent Pooling): You will proactively build and manage hyper-targeted talent pools for our most critical, recurring tech roles.

• Candidate Engagement & Elite Outreach: Software engineers ignore 99% of recruiter spam. You will learn how to craft hyper-personalized outreach that actually gets replies. And you won’t just hide behind a screen: you will pick up the phone to conduct update calls, build real relationships, and keep our top candidates warm and engaged.

• Commercial Support & Market Intelligence: You are our eyes and ears in the market. You will map competitor landscapes, track salary trends, spot who is hiring, and gather intelligence that gives our Delivery teams a massive competitive advantage.
