As Senior People Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our HR Operations function across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, ensuring outstanding service delivery while helping to build a more connected, efficient and digitally enabled Nordic People Services Hub within a global organisation.

The role will be published until 6 November 2026.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
• Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
• Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll oversee the delivery of HR Operations, HR Advisory and Payroll services across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, ensuring colleagues and managers receive high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Working at the centre of Nordic HR delivery, you'll guide teams supporting managers and colleagues across a broad range of people topics, including employee and labour relations, organisational change, performance management, talent processes, workforce planning, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, Payroll and HR advisory activities, creating a seamless and consistent experience across multiple countries.

• You'll drive the continued development of our Nordic People Services Hub, identifying opportunities to align processes, streamline ways of working and create greater efficiency while respecting local legislation, collective agreements and business requirements.

• As part of TUI's AI-First approach, you'll champion the responsible use of AI, automation, self-service and digital solutions, helping to transform how HR services are delivered while maintaining compliance, quality and human oversight.

• You'll act as a trusted partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders, coaching and supporting managers up to Band 4 level on a broad range of people matters while ensuring HR Operations delivers commercial value, organisational effectiveness, colleague experience and support for the company's growth ambitions.

• Collaborating with colleagues across our global organisation, you'll contribute to regional and Group-wide initiatives, bringing a Nordic perspective while helping shape scalable solutions, share best practices and strengthen international ways of working.

ABOUT YOU

• You've built proven success within HR Operations, People Services, HR Advisory, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner environments and understand how to combine operational excellence with practical people support, business partnership and commercial awareness.

• Experience supporting managers with employee relations matters, organisational change, performance, talent or workforce-related decisions has enabled you to provide pragmatic advice while balancing colleague, business and compliance considerations.

• Experience working across multiple countries has given you an appreciation of different employment practices, compliance requirements and the balance between harmonisation and local needs.

• You bring a strong understanding of Payroll operations, governance and service delivery, enabling you to support quality, compliance, business continuity and continuous improvement.

• You're comfortable working with digital tools, data, automation and AI, and you're excited by the opportunity to transform HR services through technology and innovation.

• Strong relationship-building, influencing and communication skills allow you to work effectively with stakeholders across functions, countries and levels of the organisation.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.

We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know.
