The work atmosphere is very nice, very open and flexible. There is a high degree of trust and each employee has the freedom to do the work in their best way - There is a lot of exchange and collaboration

Due to the nature of the work there is a lot to do so work-life balance is sometimes hard to keep - however the management has this on their agenda and it is often discussed

Still small organization so not as many career development opportunities as there could be somewhere else but a lot of options to learn
