Diverse culture is celebrated. Everyone is welcome and can pursue their individual goals. Also the private matters are really important to the superiors and in case of problems Tiefenbacher is ready to support the employees. I had a very good onbaording and a great interview. I was cheerfully received by all the staff. The traditions in the company are celebrated very nicely and so there is a good balance between old and new.

The rules for procedures are not always very clear. I would like to see better documentation for workflows. I can ask my colleagues, but it would be easier for newcomers if the processes that are fixed can be looked up, so you don't always have to ask.

People are very individual and the company changes processes very quickly. At the same time, not everyone finds it so easy to adapt just as quickly. The company could pay more attention to involving employees in changes.
