I have worked in Altran Digital - in many cases Mangers misuse employees from abroad as they do not have much idea about the working laws. I have seen them misusing short work rules. In big companies - usually they tell in advance and plan short work with employees. In this company - they ask you to work during short work and manipulate the time in time booking accordingly. Also, the employer sends the letter end of the month that the employee is in short work. They should be really ashamed of this.

They should give value to employees, not just short time money making. There is no proper atmosphere for the colleagues to learn and develop a career in the professional environment. They work professional by following working rules of the country.

Usually colleagues are very good but the management is worst - they are misusing employees.

The communication in this company is worst - Management is never informs the updates and changes in time. For example Short work - They send the letters end of the Month that an employee is in short work. Normally in real professional companies management informs on time and plan short work or free time.

In general normal consultants are good and helping in nature.

I have worked in Digital department - some managers misuse or expect that an employee should work on holidays and free time as well.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

This is the worst company in this regard - There is no proper communication from top management and you hardly hear anything from any management level except for time booking at the end of the month. I have worked in Altran digital - I never heard or seen the head of the department visiting customers or else conducting meetings with teams. All that they do is micromanagement with numbers - for me they are more accountants than managers. We should believe that it is consulting company!

Interessante Aufgaben

There is nothing like that - the only interesting work they have is coffee making. The quality of the projects they do are really service based tickets.

If you know the management then you get positions and salary raise - there are no proper process, transparency or tools for the fairness.

They have 'use and throw' principle - and they do not care about the colleagues at all.

There is are such thing - they do not care about the employee working atmosphere and importance of the work culture.

I have never heard of this company doing anything in that regard.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Very badly paid when I compare my salary on market standards, I am almost 50% less paid from market standards.

They do not care at all about the company image - what they want is short time money making.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The only training they have is PMP - except for that many open source websites like edx, openedx and opensap are better. But without offering tools and trainings they offer consultant profiles just for quick and low money to their customer. Principle here is do not train them try to make quick and cheap dirty money.
