Was alright 3 years ago, now i cannot find anything good.

Stress, paranoia , not a certain date for the wage , yearly increase can be zero and the maximum is 2.5 percent if you are a genius. No change to advance in career if you dont know anyone or if you are not double faced.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Fire some mid managers , and do not let all the interviews being passed from the same nationality that the interviewer is. also 80 % of the questions in interview are not relevant to the actual work requirements.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
At the beginning is alright, and depends very much about the management, but mostly is a very stressful paranoid environment , that changed a lot in the last 2-3 years in worst.

Too many middle management that are over stressing the rest of the teams.
Work-Life-Balance
In other departments might be a nice paced environment , not in mine. I have over 200 hours in the last 2 years that are unpaid , and after i logged out from system but i remained where i need to explain after that everything with a level of micromanagement that is unimaginable

good as a ramp , stay , learn what you can , go somewhere else. Doesnt work it.
Gehalt/Benefits
Pays ok if you have someone behind to help you with OT, if not you can just hope for a miracle to be advanced in 3-4 years.

All is fake. No one is genuinely care about you if you have an issue. While you act like a "yes sir" type of people, all is alright.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Too diverse environment , they are hiring basically everyone now just to fill the spaces and is a lot of misunderstanding where the freedom stops. For example i was asked to not eat or drink in office during a certain holiday of a non European team

Kinda' ok. They are not your friends , so better watch your back.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Terrible. Yelling , micromanaging every move , using everything against you, you need to plan all your moves , including holiday where you need to beg our coworker to take over your shifts.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Clean , coffee is free , showers and sometimes food once in two-three months...
Kommunikation
Managers are not speaking with the team almost never , you can feel their pseudo-superiority while they wont even respond to your greeting
Gleichberechtigung
Full of favoritism for certain race of people. Is always a matter of who you know not what you know.
Interessante Aufgaben
Diverse but you dont really learn anything.
