Some teams seemed ok but overall super toxic environment, managers with zero training.

* lack of training for managers as well as selecting managers based on favouritism, rather than actual skills

Stressful and mostly unpleasant. Giving two stars because there were a few great, empathetic people but mostly the vibe is horrible. Passive aggressive comments from the managers, immense pressure to 'get things done' (without training or right tools), lack of empathy.
Work-Life-Balance
Everything looks great on paper, you'll be told about amazing offices and flexibility. In reality, leaving on time is frowned upon, people come to the office sick or work sick from home ('getting things done', remember?), messages and emails are sent well past 9pm.

The one and only thing that was fair. Not worth it tough.

I would give no stars here if I could. Again, this was my experience, some teams had great managers.

The office is really nice and well equipped for the most part. There is a canteen with really good food. Also the office management people are great - super helpful and nice. Not enough desks tough, you often end up not being able to have a screen.
Kommunikation
Trying to talk to the mid level management is like throwing a ball against the wall, but if the wall could snap at you, be disrespectful and passive aggressive.

The work itself is super interesting, I think the company is doing really cool things.
