Please integrate that people are not always and all the time up to so-called "high dynamic" working conditions (no safety, no clear tasks, adhoc priority changes on a daily base, working late/sick). Sometimes less is more, fast running leaders are sometimes jeopardizing substance, and high performance is sometimes worth a close look at its costs.

There was much care, but I was missing courage to stand up for each other when things go wrong.

I would give five stars, but that manager who earned them in my view is no longer there. My next manager would only earn one star. I give three in the result, also because I experienced a lot of other great managers, though non of them directly.
I wish from my heart for this company to develop better leaders in the middle-to-high level. Low level are fine, top level also fine.
