as in other companies depends on certain people. We do have flat hierarchies so shaking hands/talking with the CEO or CPO/other (Top) management is normal.

to just show tons of eLearning to employees doesn't help to evolve into the right direction. Without knowing where to develop ourselves we will not succeed to grow
