HR, it’s on you. Stop hiding behind empty phrases, excuses, and downplaying — people deserve better.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I am sharing this not because I am mad about i got kicked after a few month. I am trying to prevent others from going through the same wired experience.
The working atmosphere was very very strange, to say the least. Sometimes it felt a bit like a cult... When you start at the compeny you are relatively isolated at first due to the intensive onboarding period. About 3 weeks of learning sessions followed by exams... which, at least for my role, felt a bit excessive...
After that, you encounter very closed off colleques. New employees quickly start to wonder why nobody addresses the obvious shortcomings, and you are left in the dark.
It is very clear that pressure is being applied everywhere. For example, one colleague who had already been with the company for a few months was deliberately scheduled for early morning meetings and then reqrimanded for not attending. One has to keep in mind that this colleaque had a new born baby at home, only a few weeks old. When this employee confied in me, completely distraught, about what kind of situation he was in...
I could share many more stories of what I experienced in just a few weeks.
A note to HR. please dont try to fix this... :D

No open communication, nothing to trust

Work-Life-Balance
“It’s like asking about a baby’s gender: I don’t care whether it’s a boy or a girl — as long as the child is healthy.”
If the work is done, you earned your work-life-balance :)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
disapointing in every way
Interessante Aufgaben
I had the privilege of choosing and shaping my own tasks — but that was probably exactly the problem.”
Gleichberechtigung
In a broader sense, there are opinions — and then there is the CEO’s opinion.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is a surprisingly large number of older colleagues who have been with the company for 15 years or more. However, this sometimes seems to swing to the opposite extreme: these colleagues enjoy a kind of immunity and job security that carries significant weight — but unfortunately, it often comes at the expense of the company, as it blocks or slows down important impulses and developments.
just my humble opinion
Arbeitsbedingungen
not enough desks, you have to book 2 weeks in advance to get a desk in your teams floor. otherwise you are lost....
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
why they still keep asking this....
Karriere/Weiterbildung
One of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had. I was, in a way, forced to complete certain certifications, even though I believed I didn’t actually need them. which meant costs for the company without any real benefit — so what was the point
