Atrain follows AC method of hiring (Assessment Centers). The whole AC concept of hiring by atrain is done in quite artificial and unprofessional way.
1. They invent stressful but lacking real-world-scenario role plays and group discussions for hiring.
2. The studies are created by mostly junior workforce with less than 3 years experience for Executives with 10-20 years experience. These roll plays are run by very junior work force trying to assess Senior Executives. There is more drama and dis-ingenuity in these roll plays than any real good selection points for hiring.
3. If I am a Senior Executive and deciding to hire for my team, after seeing how Atrain does it's assessment, I would choose the conventional interview hiring techniques for my team, instead of Assessment Center model of hiring as done by Atrain.
Here is my advice :
1. Reconsider if you want to try assessment center for hiring. They are pretty fabricated and often done by very junior work force lacking any real field experience.
2. Recheck the value proposition of atrain as it can be pretty flimsy and lacking real value proposition.
