Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Company was good until management start implement more politic rules. Also management has to take the responsibility of a success or a lose. Company change few times organization structure and so far nothing prove was ok. You did some cut cost but company result continue to go down.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Most probably if the management will have a clear strategy company may go in the good direction. For now is going down

Verbesserungsvorschläge

First change the movie with company profile due 80% of the total people from the movie left company.
Second company become too politically for s small medium company and has to cut off all that. When some one present financial result should present reality not some nice numbers. When present success of a new product should present reality not a nice feature will never be there.
In terms of management you should create products requested by the market not the one that you want to sell.

At Avira, we support a culture of openness and mutual respect. We encourage sharing feedback and also accepting feedback. There are numerous tools and opportunities in place, such as town hall meetings where all (even anonymous) employee questions are being answered by the management, regular dialogs, cross-functional workgroups and vital on-/offline discussions about our business and products and services.

Besides that we are very transparently communicating our financials and benchmark them openly against our targets. From this everyone can see that our business continues to be profitable. We hear especially from newly joining colleagues that they are impressed with the high transparency that we give and willingness to answer any questions that arise. That also applies to our products, successful releases, roadmaps for the future.

To help our relevancy in the market, we have a broad program in place that drives customer centricity across all our business units. From market research via usability and beta testing to permanent measurement of customer satisfaction and ideas, we put the user in the focus of everything we build.

Regarding your hint to the video: most of the employees are still with Avira. However, it is on the HR and Marketing agenda to make a new video also including recently opened Avira sites.
