- no interference with personal life, although on rare occasions I volunteered to do overtime work, but it was not normally expected or encouraged;
- there is great flexibility in terms of work schedule

- perhaps the most useful source of support and knowledge
Interessante Aufgaben
- it depends on the job, but in my case the HR Manager did their best to diversify my tasks and was very open to any questions I had outside of my normal work role
