Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Ridiculous company. The corporate strategy is changed a couple of times a year, which means they literally don´t know what they are doing. There are rumors saying that the company is not profitable anymore, so the goal is to slim down the books in order to maximize the profit when the company will be sold. These are rumors, it could be true as much as it could be not. But what I have been seeing with my eyes are really skilled people who decided to leave the company because of the bad working conditions and others even fired without any criterion, while underperforming employees stay only because they are friends of the right people. My advice: apply for a position at this company only if you´re desperate for a job and be really, really careful of what you sign.

We are truly concerned about your comment, especially as you seem to be so genuinely upset. Obviously, it is never our intention to cause distress. As you are undoubtedly aware, there have been many changes in the Marketing department that were required to allow us to stay true to our company strategy. The strategy has been consistent for several years now and it is saddening to us that this was not apparent to you. None of the decisions that led to people leaving were taken lightly, and indeed we worked very hard to find alternatives for everyone in the new setup. It was not an easy time for any of us. We would also like to reassure you that the rumours of unprofitability are only rumours. The difficult changes that we had to make were purely strategic and not financial in nature.
