All what Awin used to stand for seems to fade in to a facade where you better not look behind the curtains.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Awin used to be a great company to work for but lately with the new HR leader and board it is all changing. They keep saying there is an employee first culture but in reality it is hardly the truth anymore.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are great and collaborative.
Work-Life-Balance
The 4 day workweek is a great benefit but above a certain senority level it is expected that you work on your 5th day too.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There is a growing difference between employees and managers. While some of them are great, the company is becoming more and more hierarchical and those managers are staying who have a good relationship with the board.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
There is a huge difference between managers and employees and it keeps growing significantly
