Arbeitsatmosphäre

Be aware, mobbing is a very important part of their culture.

Kommunikation

As usual, the communication is not open within Team and you cant expect to be inform of any changes or decision in time.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

It depends basically in the department you landed. There are departments where colleagues are nice and willing to help and other department where people is just to “busy” for even say good morning.

Work-Life-Balance

Now with this new 4 days working policy they tried to wash out other things. However if you are not luckiest one you will find yourself overloaded of tasks to do and complete when other colleagues of you are smoking and making smoking breaks for more than 20 minutes each. However if you do not smoke you cant be one of those to get that benefit. At the end it is more rentable to become a smoker...

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries are pretty low. If you ask for a increase they will say it is not possible. However if they hire new people be aware they will get more than you get, because the experience does not count at all.

We strongly put an emphasis on regular updates and exchange of information, whether that be within a department or across the entire company. Therefore, different meeting and update formats are in place; additionally, as a global company, we have always been at the forefront of using a wide variety of messaging programs for quick and easy online communication between employees and larger teams.

A friendly atmosphere and a working environment where every employee is valued and treated with respect is the foundation of our company and we encourage every single employee to reach out to us in case they feel this value is not being shared by their colleagues; for this matter, managers have their regular one on ones in place with their team members, each department has a dedicated HR Business Partner who is there to discuss employees' feedback, we have an anonymous employee feedback tool and a whistleblower email inbox to take on any anonymous hints we receive in regards to wrongdoings of individuals or teams. Furthermore, we have different taskforces in place that are working on different inclusivity initiatives to further support current internal resources.

Regular catch-ups and performance reviews between managers and their team members are essential for us; in these discussion, both the employee's workload and the possibility for career development and a promotion can be discussed. For all of our departments, we have individual job profiles for each seniority level so managers and their team members can define clear development areas to reach the next possible career level or a specialization within the department.
