The company should invest in their employee. Too many comfy veteran employees that don't work and too many working students poorly paid.

Very poor atmosphere and unhappy employees! Any laugh or good mood will be right away stoped (hard when you work in an open space)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
No communication and no alignment. Every team works as they want without following any recommendation or internal process. A real chaos!
Work-Life-Balance
Very ponctual and respect on private life. Fridays: everybody is out at 16h

no micro management which is a very good thing.

women/men, local/global, bonus and pay in general are secret and unfair!

Arbeitsbedingungen
Moved a year ago in the Atrium building which has been for the past 12 months on construction. Elevators not working, AC not working in Summer, Heaters not working in Winter, constant bad smell
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
No professiona career plans. Still junior after 2 years and very hard to have a reasonable increase! They will always find a nice excuse not to pay you more.
