In my opinion there was not enough communication about the direction the company was taking. I had no clear view of what other departments were working on.

Some people are easy to work with, other not at all
Work-Life-Balance
While I was working in the sales department I felt like if it was implicitly expected to work extra hours.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I felt that there was a big gap between management and employees, and did not always felt listened to. I personally expect from an employer more recognition and motivation
