- 1. Telephone interview with HR person was just about general things and overview and was OK
- 2. Telephone interview with two IT guys was quite good and positive and in total gave me good impression.
- 3. It was planned as personal interview with above mentioned IT guys and I also expected somebody from HR but at the end only one guy showed up on the interview. But ok, it happens sometimes. Interview itself was strange to me since we did not discuss to much about my skills and what I did previously. It was more about what/how company does in term of MS Dynamics NAV. At the end we agreed that I will check when it would be possible to come and do one probation day in the company in order to get know each other a little bit more.
- 4. I sent information about my availability to "it guy" and HR person. Suddenly HR person was surprised with that and told me that it must be misunderstanding, that they still have other candidates who should have interviews and this phase could be later.
- 5. They send me an email (quite fast) that they chose another candidate.
- I have to mention that this process was initiated from their HR via linkedin.
- Also I had 3 or 4 times questions from recruitment agencies if I would be interested in position in this company in last 1 or 1.5 year. This means that hey also don't have good relations with agencies since they are always changing them.
- From my experience I would not recommend the company!
