the atmosphere is great. the people are friendly and very willing to help. the on-boarding process is well thought out and runs smoothly


Communication is clear and transparent, but unfortunately there are many meetings that take time away from work


super people, unfortunately they change frequently as there is constant turnover in the company.... experienced people are replaced (probably for financial reasons) by young people without experience


Home office and working directly from "Campuses" works seamlessly


It depends on who you get - some people are open-minded and clear about objectives, others say that something needs to be done and expect you to figure out what to do ;)

Extremely low - not even the annual PDD's held every year and opportunities to talk about increases (which are very(!) low) compensate for this


In my department, morale is low and people (those are super!) are active in the job market. Turnover is high

All colleagues receive a contract offer before they start working for us. If this is signed, we assume that it is fair for both sides. Of course, we take a look at our salaries every year and check whether we can increase them according to performance. However, it is also important to us that, in addition to the salary, other general conditions are decisive for what the "overall package" looks like in the end. For example, we offer a great deal of flexibility through trust-based working hours and mobile offices or subsidised daycare places. Depending on your life situation, it is of course completely different what is valuable for you personally.
