The whole application process is complete nonsense. I had three interviews for the position that required 3-5 years of experience in the description. But later I was told it is the entry-level position. One personal and two phone interviews with the departments unit leaders. You can only imagine the awkwardness of the situation when you travel to another city just to see absolutely disinterested arrogant senior staff who tells a candidate the whole interview about the disadvantages of working for the company and the absence of any opportunities in the given position. What has become the last drop is a rejection due to my overqualification for as manager told "secretary position". So they (3! unit leaders) needed a month and three interviews to understand that and make the decision. Or they simply lied to me. Now I understand why the company in such scrutiny, senior managers are working there for more than 20 years and are not willing to do anything and adjust to modern management and market realities. Total disappointment and waste of time.
