Align your payment according to the market value. Make sure your managers are following the competency models and employing the people accordingly. Promotions are given based on favoritism and unfair ways. People do not see any future, and most of them are ready to leave for new opportunities and better pay. Hope you work on it in the future and bring back trust.

Totally depends on the place and project you are working. In my guess, it is pretty good

Pathetic and staged. You will find them talking sweet, but there is zero respect for your views and opinions

Not totally. Most of the times the focus is on getting billing from the clients and not looking at the quality of the work they take.

Competency models are the namesake. Managers take the liberty to hire the employees at lowest possible value. Pay is less than average pay in Germany. Workers' council also seems to be aligned with the company's decisions. This year they literally agreed to increase the pay by 45-60 euros every month after taxes were cut.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Depends on the project you are working on. Unfortunately, in mycase, there seems to be no good future for this company
