No employee appreciation. It feels like Vision is trying to downsize by making people leave.
This years management instructions to rate all employees as mediocre irrespective of actual performance in the development talks created an uproar in OPS.
Management should reconsider what message this sends and how this influences motivation.

Leadership should act according to their own messages. Currently the opposite is happening.

Raised concerns and issues are ignored. Where possible blame is shifted instead on working on solutions

Extremely bad. Constant organizational changes often leave the employees in a state of uncertainty. Top management communication and reality differ significantly. Data driven decisions, cross silo thinking and empowerment are only hollow phrases at this point.

Across the board Vision has a leadership problem. This is excaberated by new high level manager picks that are in stark contrast with the ZEISS values

Leadership does not act on raised concerns. Generally the new leadership brought in does not match ZEISS values and there is a shift to a toxic atmosphere.

Currently extremely bad. Trainings are not supported by leadership to save costs. Employees are expected to not spend any time on training if possible.
