Recent 2 changes for making things better, only made the things worse.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Before the new structıre, the working atmosphere was well enough. But with that it is going downhill (you will read this word sometime in my review). Unfortunately so many people backstabbed their old good friends because of a few euros more.

It was amazing between 2010-2020 but it is going downhill right now. In Europe, Asia nobody really relies on CHT anymore. They usually use CHT to take the lab trials and make their tests for free.

37,5 hours work in a week. It is nice to have.

When you are a new in the industry that may be good, but when you have experience…. All the seat are taken sorry.
Gehalt/Benefits
There is tariff agreement for most of the employees, which makes the salary in a quite low level compared to their competitors. You can start making some money when you can ecist in the company gor 6 years. Than your salary will never change when 6 years are over. Then you can wait either gor a promotion or stay in that salary forever.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They give some importance in sustainability on a certain kevel and they accept working stıdents a lot. It is a nice college

Management only cares about their salary, neither CHT nor you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
37.5 hours/w, nice canteen but not so fancy food, parking lot is nice, usually there is kitchen with microwave and fridge, 1/2 people office rooms so not too crowded.
Kommunikation
In the small teams it is ok. You usually communicate well, however when it comes to communication with management. Forget it! They listen to you, for sure but they use that time as a break from work so they don’t care what you are saying
Gleichberechtigung
It depends who are you. However humanisticly yes they treat equally they speak with you and communicate with you listen you in the meetings etc. However for the promotion, forget it. I know a few very very good ausländer colleagues they are 5 times better their equivalent co-workers or sometimes managers but even if they stay in the company for next 50 years, they will not get promoted any step up.

No! Nothing! If you are an experienced person you will not survive here. It doesn’t fit the reality of the market.
