You will hardly find a nicer place to work than this. I mean, I have been roaming around for 8 years in Berlin and there are modern dramas everywhere... or horror ...

They are working hard on improving every aspect. And they are open to recognize communication needed to improve. Hence we are improving it.

I am given as much freedom as they can give me from day one. This was a good surprise.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are a lot of chances to learn if you want to. The trainings offered to the specialists range from e-mail marketing to website hosting. Tell me, where else have you heard of this? because I have not.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very diverse and dynamic. People are talkative or introverted, it does not matter because we get along. Wait, nothing is perfect, but its hard to get it better than this.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The team couches are actually using agile methodology and they are supportive in that sense. I was very impressed by this. If you join you will gain exposure to agile too.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
My manager has been constantly either offering me challenges or validating with me which areas where most interesting for me. Usually, in other places, you get told to do and obey.
