open space offices, at least 5 people talking at the same time around you, very few friendly colleagues, everybody is to busy to say at least "hello"

there are so many processes and tools that everybody is busy to do his own piece of work and completely forget about the general picture. The information is not passed properly, employees are demotivated and only doing the minimum amount of work. If you expect some input, do not think that it will just be provided to you as it should, you have to ask and literally run behind people several times until you get the info.

Some of the colleagues are friendly, especially the non germans one.

Home office is allowed which is the only positive thing about this company.
