work force reduction since years. blocking individual know how with don't look left or right, just do it as we in USA tell you. Not all markets are working the same, listen to your people. Just KPI driven. anything is tracked. Dell is more focused on itself, that supporting customer. the time we are fullfilling KPIs should be used to listen to the customer, developing the customer.
