There are now more internal rules than customer projects. Motivation has clearly dropped. At the same time, management has lost trust. This is due to unclear decisions and poor communication. The defined hierarchy is not always followed. Reporting lines are unclear in daily work. Some leadership behavior has caused dissatisfaction. This has contributed to a higher number of resignations recently.

There is little time or budget for training. Employees are expected to be almost fully billable. In practice, this is hard to achieve. Training and development are not a clear focus.
