I think the opportunities for further learning and the innovative approaches of placing exchange and experimentation in a central position are very interesting. Especially for someone fresh out of university, it is a very pleasant transition, since you can still contribute your own ideas. It is even desired to explore new things and to think outside the box. Many companies have lost this approach, but it also keeps a company fresh and allows employees to learn from and with each other.
And of course, the whole work mentality combined with the community feeling - especially the good coffee and the joint lunch breaks will be missed.

The website could stand out even better and show the possibilities and advantages. It is still somewhat lost in the masses and can't properly represent the company in its diversity, innovation, learning possibilities, broad perspective and sphere of action.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I really enjoyed going to the office to work. There is always a lively exchange about various topics, we ate together during the lunch break and a good coffee was never missing. A refreshing breeze and great balance to the intensive projects.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There were many team events to strengthen the group dynamic, and although I was only an intern, I was included from day one and could feel part of the team by being given responsibility and trust.
Interessante Aufgaben
Although I was initially hired only in the UX department, I was given the opportunity to learn about various topics in the company that interested me. I was even allowed to work on development projects and expand my horizons in terms of further learning opportunities.
Gleichberechtigung
As a woman in the technology sector, you might think that some skills are dismissed. But not here, I was always supported, encouraged and pushed forward. No matter how much previous knowledge and from which background you come, you are integrated into the team and can contribute to projects to your extent. With my own mentor, I was allowed to tackle my first client project in the front-end development area. The support and encouragement showed me new perspectives as a newcomer and strengthened me in what I can do.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The open-plan office offers enough space to find a new place every day and look at projects from a different perspective. There are meeting rooms for phone calls, and even if you need some silence and privacy, there is always a free place in one of the rooms. The office provides enough space for exchange and variety. During breaks, a round of table tennis refreshes the mind, or the day's tasks can be discussed over a coffee on the terrace.
