- Work from abroad is only allowed for 5 days per year.
- Mac equipment is not available. Everybody has to use Windows.
- Sometimes decisions take too much time to be taken, or the discussions are too long.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Generally, there is not much that could be improved as DocuWare is a great place to work. A few suggestions though would be related to:
- the extension of remote working from other EU countries (currently possible for 1 week),
- a possible provision of subsidized gym memberships and/or public transport tickets since the office is not located in central Munich (it's in zone 1).
- Enhance cross-department communication to improve decision-making
- There should be a better connection between the company strategy and the team goals.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very nice office. Always enjoy spending time there.
Kommunikation
Open communication on many different topics. People are willing to discuss with you work-related topics, however, sometimes it takes too long to make decisions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good communication with direct and indirect managers. I would expect some improvements in the future both in the personal and team goals.
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometimes it takes too much time to complete tasks/projects due to the complexity of the product. Some people might lose their interest in such a situation.
Gleichberechtigung
People are always willing to discuss with you and help you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I give 5 stars for the office design, however, I would like to have more standing desks available in the facilities. Another minus is that the office is not in the Munich city center but in Germering. However, that is balanced with the provided home office policy.

All the colleagues talk well for the company. However, there are slight improvements that could make DocuWare the perfect workplace.

Budget is provided for English/German lessons + personal development. However, this is not standard. You have to discuss it with your manager.
