Arbeitsatmosphäre
Toxic high competitive work environment. To be fair there are really great personalities as well but overall the company credo is to just push for the own career on the cost of others - this is what leaderships clearly shows as role models.
Kommunikation
The company tries to communicate open but always convey a picture which does not reflect the reality. Problems are not welcome in the communication - it’s only about praising the company.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are great people but unfortunately a lot of egocentric guys as well, which really make it a toxic work environment as these ones are unfortunately in the management.
Work-Life-Balance
Not existing, work I not appreciated, only to be increased
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Biggest nightmare, only top-down feedback, only care about their own while others get the work down for them, don’t even have knowledge of their own area.
