thank you for taking the time to share your opinion and feedback with us here. We really appreciate the time and effort you put into your words.

We are very sorry to hear that you haven’t made the best experience within Emma during your time in the company. We take your feedback very seriously and will discuss it internally to improve processes, leadership, and our work environment. Just to react to some of your points:
1. While we of course prefer Emmies to stay and grow at Emma, we are aware of talents using Emma as a springboard for their careers. Even though we are sad about every person leaving, the reality of a highly entrepreneurial environment is that everyone is always on the hunt for a new challenge!

2. In terms of adaption of processes and structures: We rather see this as a strength from Emma rather then a weakness. Even though it may sometimes feel uncomfortable at first, we see rapid change and rational but quick decisions as one of our key success factors. However, we know aswell about the downsides in terms of transparent communication and onboarding of all employees and will work on improving in this area!

3. Regarding the development and learning opportunities you mentioned: We hope you took the chance to do a team swap or even participate in our rotation program while you've been working at Emma. We're also happy to see that you enjoyed your time in the Office as we love nothing more than spending time together with Emmies, pitching spontaneous ideas and being inspired by others during a casual lunch break.
