I had a first interview with HR in which the interviewer already managed to communicate the spirit and the values like trust and transparency that the company builds on. After that, I had a chat with a person which would have been on my team. Lastly, I was invited to a day of getting to know a number of people including a values interview and an interview with the CEO that included a little challenge. The format was a great opportunity to get a comprehensive impression of the company, the people and the work at Empaua.

Throughout all conversations, the people were very friendly, professional, helpful and open-minded. The company has a hollocracy approach and puts people first. This seems to create a team spirit within and across their different locations. Moreover, the new work model offers a lot of flexibility and opportunities to develop personally and professionally.

I can definitely recommend the application!
