Epilot gives you the possibility to be the boss of your own day, you can work from home if you want to our you can come in to the office and work with the most amazing team. You got the possibility to grow in epilot and you work very closely with your leaders, there is an open communication where you talk about what you need to focus on and your challenges.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
When I started at epilot they really introduced me with open arms, just after one week I already felt I have been working there for ages. It is always a blast coming in to the office, and I am always looking forward to it on the days that I am coming in. We are also a quite international team, however, when everybody comes to the office around summit and Christmas times it is the best time of the year. We do a lot of fun stuff together, from team building, eating out, workshops in the office and so much more. If I could rate the work atmosphere more I would. ⭐️
Kommunikation
We have really good communication at epilot, we talk about our goals and vision quarterly which gives transparency to the rest of the company. We do not have meeting like this on a daily/weekly basis, but I do not mind that, but it is something that is definitely a big focus in the different squads/teams (PM+ Devs).
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Same as the first point here, it is just an amazing work culture at epilot. I wouldn’t want anything different.
Work-Life-Balance
Also full stars here. When you work at epilot you have flexible working hours, which means you can decide how you want to work every week, as long as you are working your full hours per week, depending on your contract. But if you have to go to the doctors, pick-up children in the kindergarten or work out in the middle of the day that is no issue as long as you don’t have any meetings of course. But this makes things so much more convenient in being more in charge of your day, which is a really big advantage.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
We have a really close relationship with our PM leader or the head of PM. You get a lot of trust, which I think gives you an possibility to grow and to develop even more as a PM. If anything you can always ask for help or advise either in the weekly 1:1 you have with the head of or by simply just contacting him. We have a really flat hierarchy which makes it super easy and convenient to ask for tips and advise.
Interessante Aufgaben
As a PM you know how the process normally goes when developing a new product/feature. However, your working day is never the same you always have different challenges to tackle, you communicate with the customers and you attend evens to network and to get even closer with our clients.
Gleichberechtigung
It does not matter who you are, how you are, you will always be taken in to the company with open arms.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We have a quite young team, I am guessing the average age is around 30, so this is not even a problem statement at all, and if so it would not be a problem at epilot I am sure of that!
Arbeitsbedingungen
You get you own Mac Book, Key board, mouse, and everything else you need. You also get an iPhone however this depends on your department, but as a PM you get an option to have one if needed.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Our company car is an electric car, we sort trash and make sure to take environmental decisions in the office. Our product is all about focusing on the energy transition, which definitely shows that we focus on the environment.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
You get a very good salary as a PM compared to the market. There is also possibilities to increase this at a later time.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
You got the possibility to join events and workshops such as Digitale Leute which mainly focuses on PMs. Epilot are open to buy you further books about Product Management if you want to learn more. And also the biggest plus is for the international employees that wants to learn German, they get the offer to do German lessons in the “normal working hours” that will also get further support in terms of learning a new language.
