Dear ex-colleague,

thank you very much for your feedback here on Kununu.

I am sad to hear that you had such a bad experience at epilot. I’m glad that you at least rated the work-life balance and salary as good.

In a fast and strongly growing company, we surely have to deal with typical growth-challenges. But we also encourage all our employees to find solutions for these challenges together as a team, e.g., by open communication and feedbacks. However, I personally find it very difficult to understand a 1.5-star rating.

What I also don’t really understand, however, is why you rate “dealing with older colleagues” („Umgang mit älteren Kollegen”) as the worst experience? At epilot, every employee is treated equally—regardless of whether they are young or old, which religion you belong to, or what gender you are.

Since your rating still leaves some open questions, I would be very happy about a personal exchange with you to be able to work on the criticized points.
