I find it an enjoyable place to work. Indeed you will be challenged to push harder here and there, but as you mentioned you can always count on others to learn from them and become better. Freedom is a big part of our culture, but goes hand in hand with great responsibility, which indeed puts everyone at epilot in the position of making substential impact, rather than just "following instructions".
