Regarding your feedback about what you dislike: "high pressure to deliver" can be read in different ways. Indeed, we are operating in a business and market where we need to be fast, and we cannot afford to be left behind. If you join epilot, you for sure sign up to be part of a fast-paced company with ambitious goals. On the other side, this, of course, does not mean that we don't care about the mental load that might come with this. Among others, working at epilot also means being part of a strong team, which means everyone helps each other.
