At the same time, we appreciate you pointing out areas where we can grow — especially around leadership and 1:1s. We’re currently scaling fast, and many of our team leads are in their first formal leadership roles. That’s partly by design: we hire experienced people and give them ownership early, but we also know that great leadership doesn’t just “happen” — it needs support, learning, and continuous feedback.
