The workplace is really relaxed, maybe that's why we are very good and effective in our processes. You just want to do your work very good, because you know there is trust and commitment.
Kommunikation
The communication at e.pilot is excellent. The company gives us the tools we need and the space for communication flow. It is also worth mentioning that communication is done by the interlocutors and here, the colleagues are very open, which helps the communication to flow smoothly. There is a will to listen, to grow professionally and there is respect among us, no matter the different positions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Maybe because most of us are young or because the HR-guys have put all these stars together in this constellation, the thing is that it works very well: we are a great team and we have fun working together!

It's great! There are no controlled schedules, you just make sure you deliver results. Homeoffice is possible. Sport activities are promoted! Since I have been working here I feel I finally have the time for other important and private things -I love that!

Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is super comfortable! We have a big kitchen, space for meetings... the location of the office is perfect, close to the main station here in Cologne and with very good access to the public transportation system. We have been equipped with the best technology regarding our computers, cell phones, screens, tools, etc.
The office is quiet and we are surrounded by a park where you can go out for fresh air.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This is the first office where I work, in which we have water only from glass bottles. The milk and coffee are fair trade and we in the finance department rarely print. There is no misuse of resources. This is amazing!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
As I am from the finance department, I can tell that there are good salaries here, better than average.

I was supported to complete a study (Weiterbildung) before starting my work here :)
