- this is a big corporation and you are only a number outside of your team and they will make you feel it
- 'take it or leave it' salary/raises, no appropriate possibility to negotiate
- frustrating work-flows, with no possibility to give feedback
- no bonuses for good work, no real incentive to go above and beyond

- show appreciation for employees on operative level, especially if managers/directors are visiting site
- honest communication, even for bad news
- pay appropriate salary, give me an incentive
- have an HR Partner that is actually available and not a dehumanizing ticket system. I feel unwelcomed with my problems.

There is a lots of talk about sustainability from the management, but i have only seen initiatives from the bottom to top.

This is entirely dependant on the manager. I have seen good and bad.
Kommunikation
Communication usually takes place from the top down and is also very selective. Most bad news seem to be only communicated unofficially.
Interessante Aufgaben
Due to the different project phases and the individuality of the projects, the tasks are always exciting and interesting.
