Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Always second place, especially when it comes to winning open bids.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Unrealistic vision of work, tasks and their execution. For many years they look for new people for the same job every 6 months.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The worst decision is no decision. Please spend 1000 EUR on your employees from time to time.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Lack of understanding by the employer of duties and the ease of losing a job causes the atmosphere at work is not favourable.

Kommunikation

If a task is to be completed within 6 weeks, it remains on the management's desk for 4 weeks for a yes/no decision to be made and then there is less than 2 weeks for its execution (stress). Of course, the 4 decisive weeks are often in full conspiracy.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

People are nice. If you just don't go to work to gossip, pls see above

Work-Life-Balance

Ca. 70% of the time is waiting for decisions or the direction of development of the situation, 30% is making up for lost time. Balance in over time trying to get things done doesn’t exist.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Evaluation of the time to complete tasks does not exist, and then there are complaints that the quality of work is not what someone expected. Miracles are expected from employees.

Interessante Aufgaben

Performing miracles instantly. There is no time for work.

Gleichberechtigung

If 70% of the time is waiting for a simple decision and 30% of hard and even doable work is a fair approach then I would give 5 stars. Here the hardest work is to take any decision.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

It is OK, I would care about young fellows, whom I am not.

Arbeitsbedingungen

You can get your desk and computer. Software till 1000 EUR not always. Above 1000 till 2000 EUR forget it. Above 2000 EUR do not ask.
