This is the main reason for why I like Exyte so much. Leadership by empowerment is a term I had only heard of but never expected to see. I was happy and lucky that I was entrusted with leading a very challenging Project. My management empowered me with the role to take my own decisions and lead the project in the direction I saw fit. I also had complete backing of the management in situations where things were not very clear. On hindisight this is the main reason I shall recommend anyone to join Exyte and is why I love working in this company.
