Dear former employee,

We are sorry to hear that you are upset with your working experiences at FERCHAU. However, the end of a project does not automatically lead to a dismissal. Nevertheless, there are cases in which we are not able to find a matching following project. We communicate the status in every situation, especially in our job interviews, so that candidates are prepared. Furthermore, the difference between the actual worked hours and the contractual monthly working time is recorded as “Gleitzeit” (flextime).
