The atmosphere is pretty cool as you work in a hybrid model and can also decide if you prefer to work from home on some days. Within the office there's the option of connecting with the colleagues and also work for yourself.

I can say that I like all of my current colleagues and that there are definitely some with whom I also enjoy doing more than just trade the "everyday" pleasantries.

What I find pretty awesome: Here you can also meet up in a 1:1 with your team lead or the MD and talk about different topics. Whether you have a new idea or a different way of undertaking that differs from their first suggesting or you want to understand new company processes and decisions better – I feel these are things you can address to your team lead or managing director without fearing for your job.
