Gehalt

Competitive with the concept of “maybe next year.”

Salaries are relatively low considering the level of responsibility, while promotions can take an impressively long time. The company seems particularly talented at increasing your responsibilities faster than your compensation.

The company is focusing on highly capable international talents, who they pay way under the market standard. Other than that, the payment depends on how urgent they need you. Some colleagues are earning way too less, while others were able to negotiate really high salaries, which are according to market standards. I can only recommend people to start talking about your salaries.
