Arbeitsatmosphäre
I have never felt more comfortable in a working environment. One can really feel that employees matter here - and on the other hand, that employees do not take advantage of the trust that is given towards them.
Kommunikation
Communication within the company is really transparent - this is also shown through weekly all-hands, during which all new topics are discussed and employees can always ask questions. There are also ongoing HR updates, so everyone is always in the loop.
Work-Life-Balance
We have flexible working hours and therefore can structure our day as it fits - ofc always respecting client and internal meetings as well as deadlines. This allows a lot of flexibility in my work-life balance as I do not need to take vacation for certain things and can structure my week freely. There are times where it is more hectic, but everyone keeps an eye on this also through our time tracking system, so it is assured employees do not work too much overtime and should also work less during less busy weeks.

As we work with the Gallup Strength finder, it is really great to see that your strengths are matched with your job tasks and you are encouraged to work on your strengths, rather than compensating your weaknesses. If you have an idea for a new project etc, you are always encouraged to pursue it if it fits the company strategy as well.
