Fair pay, nice benefits, a company that still thinks more about its employees and what they need daily and less about the last buck on everything but yet are fair. A strong and active works council. Work environment sometimes feels like a circus or like I've regressed and gone back to school with bullies and lots of cliques. Generally though, most people work hard and there is a good team spirit despite this.
