its true that IT people are not the most social skilled/communicative people in the world but still you can find lot of us who can have/work in a normal way.
in gameduell communicating/interacting with most of them (it didnt matter the language) was a nightmare.
you had the skype-smiley developers who can just talk/be understandable through the chat. if you go near to them in person they shake and if they dare to speak make sure you ask for the encryption key to decipher what they say (again it doesnt matter the language)
then you have the considered mighty gods bzw. some arquitects/team leads who:
a) are untouchable
b) can do what they want including talking bad to you (yes, talking with bad manners), not doing their tasks or skip the protocol.

maybe it was just good luck but i had as a TR (team representative) the least competent person i have ever worked with. This person is supposed to support you, set your goals and help you to progress in your career in Gameduell by having monthly meetings.
My TR could hardly remember what we were talking the month before because he didnt take notes or tracked our meetings. He used to use lot of non concreet sentences like "you have to level up" or "i have to see something new in you" without specifing what. if i asked about what he was expecting from me he used to change topic or just saying loud a "ahh" for 30 seconds and lost eyes before changing topics (i swear to god this is true).
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
they dont pay good at all, even to IT people. they will always offer you a low amount of money.
everybody is always complaining about that but nothing changes.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
you can just do career if you started at the company 8 years ago or enter as a +level 5 position
some people work there since they left the uni (its their only job)
they are extremely close to changes/opinions from new employees and want the product as they want.
