many goodies like food and events, flexibel working hours and homeoffice, many warm-hearted people, office space

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

since a long time no clear goals and success even though there are feedbacks and innovation goals and new managers, Scrum is very chaotic, management in disagreement, so many people come and go which doesn't feel like the same team culture anymore

be more efficient in projects and launch promising products so we have something to celebrate, management with same vision, new managers should also follow the team culture
